Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) pediatric patient without vascular disease and aged 3 to 12 years old undergoing general anesthesia for orthopedic surgery 2) pediatric patient with moyamoya disease, aged 3 to 12 years old undergoing general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients diagnosed cardiovascular disease 2) patients medicated drugs affecting cardiovascular system 3) non fasted for more than 4 hours 4) BMI > 25 kg/m2
