Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aging over 20 years 2. American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status 1, 2 3. patients scheduled for elective endoscopic sinus surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with cerebrovascular disease 2. history of brain surgery 3. patiens with uncontrolled hypertension 4. patients with coronary artery disease 5. patients with renal disease 6. patients with anemia
