Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Female patients aged 19 to 65 years 2) Patients who will receive thyroidectomy at Kyung Hee Universtiy Medical Center 3) Patients who signed consent form after a clear explanation of the purpose and characteristics of the clinical trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with BMI over 25 2) Patients under treatment with GERD 3) Patients take antiemetics 4) Patients treated with gastrointestinal sypmtom within 48 hours of operation 5) Patients take sedatives or antipyschotic medicine within 48 hours of operation 6) Patients take steroid within 48 hours of operation 7) Patients with diabetes mellitus type 1, 2 under treatment 8) Patients diagnosed with glaucoma 9) Patients received lateral neck dissecion combined with thyroidectomy 10) Pathents with history of neck surgery 11) Pregnant women or lactating women or planning pregnancy during study period 12) Patients received acupuncture therapy withing 6 weeks of operation 13) Patients that have deemed inadequate for participation by research investigator
