Drug : sono guied toracic paravertebral block on T3 and T5 paravertebral space (postoperatively, before emergence) - control group : 0.5&#37

ropivacaine 30cc + normal saline 0.5cc - study group : 0.5&#37

ropivacaine 30cc + dexmedetomidine 50 micro gram(0.5cc)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status I–II, aged 15 ~ 60yrs patients scheduled for elective thoracoscopic wedge resection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refuse Thoracic paravertebral block Re-op Video Assited Thoracic Surgery op hystory. of same side Thoracic paravertebral block ? contraindication (coagulopathy or bleeding disorder , antiplatelet agent ??, local infection, amide anesthetics(ropivacaine) hypersensitivity Daily use of adjuvant pain medication Hypersensitivity or allergy of dexmedetomidine Neuropathy (truncal ,post herpetic neuralgia) Body Mass Index >35 Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus Significant pulmonary disease Significant cardiovascular disease pregnancy
