Interventions

Drug : 1) No steroid injection before/after total knee arthroplasty 2) 1 hour before total knee arthroplasty - IV Dexamethasone 10mg 3) 24 hours after total knee arthroplasty - IV Dexamethasone 0.1m

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were suffering from knee osteoarthritis and were scheduled to undergo total knee arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Preoperative renal dysfunction : 60mL/min/1.73m2 - Preoperative hepatic dysfunction : Child Class B or C - Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus : HbA1C>7.5 - Patients who had Cushing syndrome - Chronic opioid user - History of open surgery on the same knee
