Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with pancretic mass lesion who need to EUS-FNA for diagnosis will be recruited for study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with pancretic cystic lesion who need to EUS-FNA for diagnosis will be recruited for study, patient < 18 years, patients who underwent gastrectomy previously, hemodynamic unstable patient, a pregnant patient, patient who do not agree to informed consent, patient who do not want to enroll the study
