Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women aged 19-35 years 2, person using mainly right hand 3. No sympton and disease related to their blood pressure and photoplethysmogram (no arrhythmia) blood pressure with SBP=160mmHg or DBP=100 was not included. 4. person agree to participate this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. person having nerve system disease 2. person having chronic disease such as hypertension, diabetes. 3. person having skin disease and injury in obsevation area 4. person who is improper to acupuncture stimulation
