Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asymptomatic healthy male or female over the age of 50 who didn't experienced a colonoscopy or 5 years have elapsed minutes after underwent polypectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Fail to cecal intubation ? Inadequate bowel prepatation ? Underwent colorectal surgery ? Comorbidity severe illness ? Hereditary polyposis disorder like FAP(Familial adenomatous polyposis) ? Inflammatory bowel disease such as Ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease) ? Difficult to identify of splenic flexure or hepatic flexure
