Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria include: 1. Signed informed consent form approved by the KCMC IRB. 2. Age 20 to 75 years, 3. Patients may include those diagnosed with hematologic malignancy and those planning for peripheral blood stem cell transplantation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to provide informed consent 2. Ages under 20 or over 75 3. HIV positive individuals or either HBV or HCV positive individuals 4. Individuals with systemic or active infections requiring medical attention 5. Individuals who had previously participated in a blood donation of 200mL to 400mL within the past three months
