Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: They were enrolled in the study if any of the following among A~F A. Patients with common bile duct stone admitted at this center B. Age under 18 years C. Women D. Normal bile duct diameter(<9mm) E. Suspicious sphincter Oddi malfunction F. Previous history of post ERCP pancreatitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria : They were not enrolled in the study if any of the following A. Acute or chronic pancreatitis B. Coagulopathy, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure C. Gastrojejunostomy with Roux-en-Y D. Age under 18 E. Pregnancy F. Periampullary diverticulum type 1 or type 2 G. Medication with anticoagulant, aspirin, anti-platelet agent H. Rejection to clinical trial
