Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who scheduled for elective orthopedic surgery in the sitting position under general anesthesia American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I–III patients informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of cerebrovascular disease previous cervical vertebra surgery severe cardiopulmonary disease patients who can not put on the elastic stocking on their lower extremity (leg trauma)
