Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients taking of proton pump inhibitor for treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer or reflux esophagitis more than one year at present hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients under 19 years of age or over 75 years of age 2.Patients taking the drug containing the cobalamin, folate or pyridoxine within last 4 weeks. 3.Patients taking the drug affecting the absorbtion or metabolism of folic acid and vitamin within last 6 months. (exam, methotrexate, oral contraceptive, etc.) 4.Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery 5.Patients associated with severe clinical disease
