Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1> CRPS patients who have leg pain. 2> CPRS patients who need lumbar sympathetic ganglion neurolysis after successful outcome of lumbar sympathetic ganlion block.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1> other disease affected leg pain 2> coagulopathy 3> infectious disease 4> allergy to drug (contrast, local anesthetics, alcohol)

Evaluation of change of Infrared Thermographic Imaging. ?Temperature(°C) = Affected – Nonaffected side. Check area of temperature(maximal pain site & plantar surface of foot).—
