Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were suffering from medial compartmental osteoarthritis with varus deformity and were scheduled to undergo high tibial osteotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Rheumatoid arthritis 2) Flexion contracture > 10°, Further Flexion < 90° 3) History of osteotomy on the same knee
