Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? probands with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder according to DSM-IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual-fourth edition) criteria ? probands which have at least one sibling ? both parents whenever possible ? all siblings which are non-affected ? all participants should sign in all documents of IRB (Institutional Review Board) at PNUH (Pusan National University Hosptial) with all possbile explanation from recruiter

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? homozygous twins ? affected parents ? cerebrovascular disorders ? seizure disorders ? medically ill conditions
