Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) agreed to hear an explanation letter for research purposes, Dental Phobia Questionnaire (DAS) score 13 or older 2) Only 30 years between the age of 59 years old or older 3) persons who are planning dental care for more than 5 weeks 4) oral periodontal pockets 4mm or more parties there are more than one place 5) non-systemic disease that can affect the periodontal condition From 6) Now understand this study, except for the visually impaired and illiterate and capable of responding to the question

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) within the last three months who received periodontal disease treatment 2) those who have taken antibiotics within one month prior experience 3) pregnant, lactating party 4) Now that you are currently calibrate 5) mental disability award criteria (DSM-IV) drug treatment and psychiatric inpatient psychiatric care, who receives mental psychotherapy

After applying progressive muscle relaxation therapy once a week a total of four times, in four weeks, 3months time find out the improvement of dental anxiety(DAS: Dental Anxiety Scale).

After applying progressive muscle relaxation therapy once a week a total of 4 times, 4 weeks , 3months dental anxiety at the time look out (DFS Dental Fear Scale).;Progressive muscle relaxation after applying a total of four times per week, 4 weeks, 3months time find out the depression.;After applying progressive muscle relaxation therapy once a week a total of four times, in four weeks, 3months time find out the salivary cortisol (salivary cortisol).;Progressive muscle relaxation after applying a total of four times per week, 4 weeks, 3months time find out the vital signs (vital sign).
