Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Aged between 55 and 80 years 2)People whose Health Practice Index is over 3: exercise mre than once a week, no smoking, drinking under once a week, body mass index(20-25), sleep fro 7-8 hours 3)People whose fatigue is over 30 in visual analogue scale(VAS) 4)People who are mentally healthy and can obey the rules of this study 5)People who voluntarily join this study and sign the written consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)People who should be administered western medicine(except who suffer hypertension and diabetes mellitus) 2)People who suffer infectious disease and should be severely treated 3)Night workers 4)People who cannot obey the rules of this study owing to physiological and psychological problems 5)People who are allergic to ginseng and red ginseng
