Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient over 20years who admitted to hospital due to acute decompensated heart failure and whose BNP(Brain natriuretic peptide) level is same or more than 150pg/mL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - The patient with obstructive or restrictive lung disease - The patient with valve disease or primary pulmonary artery disease - The patient who have unstable angina, myocardial infarction or reperfusion therapy within 30 days - The patient with renal failure whose MDRD(Modification of Diet in Renal Disease) GFR is less than 15mL/min/1.73m2 or who is in hemodialysis. - The patient who Bio-impedence measurement is impossible due to intubation or mechanical support
