Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Paitens over the age of 19 who has miscellaneous lung diseases that require surgical procedure removing one or more lobes of the lung are enrolled in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are ASA(The American Society of Anesthesiology) physical status ? and the FEV1(Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 second)/FVC(Forced Vital Capacity) ratio is less than 60% with FEV1 < 50% or FVC <50%. Patients who are not able to comprehend contents of study and decline to join the research are also excluded.
