Drug : Before induction, Dexa group was given dexamethasone 0.15 mg/kg (maximum 10mg) intravenously, and the same volume of normal saline was given to the Control group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laryngeal microscopic surgery or nasal bone reduction operation under general anesthesia American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification system of I-II Aged 20-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Difficult intubation was anticipated If patients had a neuromuscular disorder that could impair neuromuscular block Significant renal or hepatic dysfunction A (family) history of malignant hyperthermia Allergy to narcotics,neuromuscular blocking agents, or other medication used during general anesthesia Receiving medications expected to interfere with the neuromuscular blocking agents
