Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who have hypertension and had been taking valsartan or telmisartan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. patients on emergency operation b. patient with HF of New York Heart Association (NYHA) grade III or IV c. patient with myocardial infarction or angina pectoris d. patient with renal insufficiency e. patients with allergy on propofol f. patients showed preoperative immediate systolic blood pressure > 180 mmHg
