Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who agree with the study receive the intravenous patient controlled analgesia after two jaw surgery. They are belonged to American Society of Anesthesiologists classification I,II or III, aged 20 to 40.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients aged under 20 years old, patients under the emergency operations, patients who had already the sedatives or analgesic drug which could have impact on the sleep or pain. Patients with the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma. Patients who had the upper respiratory infection within 2 weeks. Patient who have chronic pain disease, smoker, heart disease, hepatic disease or kidney disease. In addition patients who are identified to be inappropriate for the study by physician.
