Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.aged more than 20 years 2. American Society of Anesthegiologist (ASA) class 1, 2 3.undergoing arthroscopic shoulder surgery in the beach chair position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. a history of cerebrovascular accident or surgery 2. uncontrolled hypertension 3. angina pectoris 4. renal disease 5. anemia 6. Patients having any contraindication to interscalene block
