Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study subjects are people who have impaired fasting glucose and were 30~70 years old. Impaired fasting glucose is defined as fasting blood glucose of 100~125mg/dL or HbA1c of 5.7~6.4%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the study are: having been previously diagnosed with diabetes; being on medications for type 2 diabetes can help control blood sugar levels.
