Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiology physical status 1 and 2 patients, aged 20-65 years, undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic lung lobectomy requiring one lung ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with administration of an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, anticipated difficult airway, patient with gastroesophageal reflux or asthma, chronic obstructive disease and upper respiratory infection
