Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who needs the stellate ganglion block for the treatment of the Central nervous system disseases, Earache, Headache, Hearing loss, Herpes zoster, Myofascial pain syndromes, Nerualgia, Reflex sympathetic dystrophy and Vascular diseases, aged = 20 and = 70 years, and having American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status =3 were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were refusal to participate, psychotic disorders, infection, coagulopathy, allergy to local anesthetics, neuromuscular disorders, cardiopulmonary disorders, and prior neck surgery.
