Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for cervical epidural block because of posterior neck pain and cervicobrachialgia will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were 70 yrs old in age, 100 kg in body weight, allergy to local anesthetics, long term use of analgesics and anticoagulants, cardiopulmonary disorders, coagulopathy, refusal to participate, psychotic disorders, infection, neuromuscular disorders.
