Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: included onset of low back pain of less than 12 weeks, chronic non-specific low back pain (>90 days at time of enrolment), 18–62 years of age Oswestry Disability Index score of 6 or higher (on 100 point scale).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of back surgery, patients who had spinal fracture within six months and spinal tumor or other malignancy, medicine for psychiatric disorder and who had possibility of exaggerated complaints due to automobile or accident insurance
