Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who are including in ASA-PS (American society of anethesiology physical status) I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the patients who are less than 19years or more than 90years the patients who are included in over than ASA-PS (American society of anethesiology physical status) class III the patients who had the history of side effects about PCA(patients controlled analgesia) including PONV(postoperative nausea and vomitting) the patinets who have severe pain as much as taking pain killers before surgery the patients who have the psychiatric disease or refusing to join the study the patients who are included in ketamine contraindication the patients who are included in precedex(dexmedetomidine)contraindication the patients who are not capable to spinal anesthesia
