Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients aged from 20 to 85 years old 2.acute ischemic patients admitted within symptom onset < 48 hour 3.acute stroke attributed to large artery atherosclerosis 4.clopidogrel naïve patients 5.patients with Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients treated with IV Thrombolytics 2.pateents with stroke attributed to non-atherosclerotic arteriopathy such as Moyamoya disease, cervical dissection and fibromuscular dysplasia

Presence of new ischemic lesions in follow-up diffusion-weighted image

MeasureTime frame
Symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) in follow-up gradient echo MR image and major hemorrhage(any symptomatic ICH or systemic hemorrhage requiring hospitalization, blood transfusion or surgery
