Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ; coronary artery bypass surgery, valvular heart surgery, aortic surgery, congenital heart surgery, pulmonary embolectomy, endovascular repair for aortic aneurysm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Missing data of preoperative or postoperative day one complete blood cell count 2. Absence of preoperative creatinine value 3. Patient who do not survive more than postoperative 48 hours 4. Patients who underwent preoperative hemodialysis
