Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prone group: spine surgery Tredelenburg group: laparoscopic or robotic colon, prostate, or gynecological surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) history of glaucoma or previous eye surgery 2) history of allergy to study drugs 3) patients of difficult airway 4) hemodynamically unstable patients before surgery
