Drug : The group of using ketamine: 0.5 X kg mg intravenous by bolus after then, 3mcg/kg/min continuous infusion The group of using normal saline: 0.5 X kg mg intravenous by bolus after then, 3mcg/kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who have degenerated osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis who were included in ASA -PS(American society of anesthesiology- physical status) class I or II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the patients who are beyond ASA-PS(ASA -PS(American society of anesthesiology- physical status)class III the patients who have the side effects of PCA(patient-controlled analgesia) including PONV(postoperative nausea and vomitting) history the patients who have severe pain need to take pain killers before surgery (VAS>4) The patients who have the criteria of ketamine contraindication The pateints who have severe cardiac disease ( arrhythimia or valve disease)
