Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. volunteers who want a colonoscopy in health promotion center, Myongji Hospital 2. volunteers who can have and use a smart phone 3. volunteers who signed a consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who have a severe morbidity. 2. patients who psychiatric problem 3. patients who are allergic to Polyethylene Glycol solution 4. patients who received colectomy 5. patients who will receive therapeutic endoscopy 6. volunteers who didn't want be enrolled in this study
