Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults between ages 20 and 69 with standard weight(18.5=BMI<25) 2) Suffering from neck pain over PI-NRS 4 for over 3 months 3) Agreed to the blood sampling and signed the consent forms after hearing detailed explanations about the purpose and characteristics of this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed with cervical myelopathy 2) Progressing neurological symptoms(eg. muscle weakness, aggravating pain) due to HIVD of cervical spine 3) Another source of pain that is worse than the cervical pain 4) Inflammatory diseases that can affect the blood test(eg. rheumatoid arthritis, lupus) 5) Diagnosed with metabolic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes or other cardiovascular diseases 6) Currently undergoing treatment for cancer or history of chemotherapy and/or surgery for cancer 7) History of infection in last 3 months 8) Pregnancy or breastfeeding 9) History of taking steroids or NSAIDs(Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) in last 1 month 10) Aggravation of pain during the last week 11) Job that involves a shift system 12) Mental illness with difficulties in communication 13) Other conditions that the researcher might consider inadequate for participation in this study
