Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) informed consent, (2) 20 to 39 years of age, and (3) good health, with no history of LBP within the last month (from the onset of symptoms).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following exclusion criteria were applied: (1) a history of surgery, (2) an underlying cardiopulmonary disease, (3) obesity (body mass index [BMI] [kg/m2] = 25), and (4) peripheral vascular disease (e.g., a venous thromboembolism).
