Inclusion criteria: 1. Males and females =19 years of age. 2. Subjects were required to have at least 4 site periodontal pockets with probing depths of 4 to 7 mm. 3. Good general health 4. Minimum of 18 natural teeth; and at least

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women 2. Subjects with orthodontic devices, extend prosthetic devices, or iatrogenic restorations 3. Subjects ongoing periodontal treatment 3 months before the beginning of the study. 4. who had taken systemicor local antibiotics within 1 months prior to the clinical examination. 5. A history of sensitivity or suspected allergies following use of essential oils.
