Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pulmonary resection surgery (20 - 70 years) on general anesthesia at Pusan national university Yangsan hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - patient rejection - lung surgery history, decreased renal function ( serum creatinin > 2.0 mg/dL) congestive heart failure, American society of anesthesiologist physical status > 4, Myocardial ischemia or cerebral infarction Uncontrolled diabetes - event of operation hypotension : mean arterial pressure 30% ) hypoxia, hypercarbia (PaO2 65mmHg) - changing operation procedure
