Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Below knee surgery in orthopedic surgery ASA(American Society of Anesthesiology) class 1, 2 Age: 19-80 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clinically significant coagulopathy Infection at the injection site Allergy to local anesthetics Severe cardiopulmonary disease (= ASA class 3) Body mass index > 35 Diabetic or other neuropathies Patients receiving opioids for chronic analgesic therapy Ear disease Patients who don't receive PCA (patient controlled analgesia)
