Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing lobectomy, segmentectomy via Video-assistted thoracoscopy and giving written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients undergoing sleeve resection,peumonectomy,wedge resection patients who have liver diseases, kidney diseases, neuromuscular diseases patients who cannot use propofol or intravenous patient-controlled analgesia
