Interventions

Procedure/Surgery : EUS-guided hepaticogastrostomy with transmural stenting (EUS-HGS) or choledochoduodenostomy with transmural stenting (EUS-CDS) was performed by discretion of each endosonographer.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) malignant biliary obstruction needed biliary drainage (>18 years) (2) agree wih this study (3) common bile duct dilatation =10mm or intrahepatic duct dilatation =6mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) refusal to participate in the study protocol (2) uncontrolled coagulopathy (3) pregnancy (4) patient age less than 18 years.
