Procedure/Surgery : Extension of epidural analgesia for labor
A 20 ml mixed solution of Lidocaine (2% lidocaine 16 ml mixed with fentanyl 100 µg, 1 : 200,000 epinephrine 50 µg, sodium bicarbonate 2 mEq: total dose 20 ml) is administered slowly via the epidural c
After removing epidural catheter used for labor epidural analgesia, heavy bupivacaine 10mg with fentanyl 15 µg is injected in subarachnoid space.

Inclusion criteria: 1)By consent to participate in the study, those who signed the agreement in writing 2)ASA(American society of Anesthesiology) scoring 1-2 patients scheduled for intrapartum cesarean section 3)Parturient who epidurla analgesia
