Interventions

Procedure/Surgery : In remote ischemic preconditioning group, apply 2 times of pressure of initial noninvasive blood pressure of arm to patient&#39

s femoral region, and repeat for 3 times. In control group, there are no intervention.

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 20 years old who planned shoulder surgery by beach chair position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Emergency operation - Underlying cerebrovascular disease - Underlying peripheral vascular disease
