Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - over the age of 19 years old - patients who had visited our hospital due to acute gastroenteritis - consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - age less than 18 years; - patients lost to follow-up; - poor patient compliance; - organic disease or medication history that can be responsible for the IBS symptoms; - patients who refused to sign the consent.
