Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients should only intended for otitis media with effusion requiring drainage through the incision in the eardrum of children under the age of 15.   Diagnostic criteria for otitis media with effusion is also defined as the presence of middle ear effusion with no signs of acute inflammation. Otoscope, Pneumatic otoscope, otologic endoscope, Microscope, Tympanometry were used for diagnosis.
