Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pre-menopause or early menopausal transition women aged 42-52 years, Volunteer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post-menopausal or late menopausal transition, past experience of HRT, use of oral contraceptives within 10 weeks of recent menstruation, experience hysterectomy or ovariectomy, previous history of cancer and renal failure, drug use for treatment of hypothyroidism and hyperthyreosis, not agreement with consent
