Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: over 30 pack-years of cigarette smoking history Former smkoer must have quit within the past 15 years Age 55 -74 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any malignancy within 5 years Former smkoer must have quit over the past 15 years. The predicted life expectancy is less than 10 years because underlying disease is severe. Chest CT examination in the 12 months prior to eligibility
