Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. proven colorectal cancer patient 2. age between 18 - 75 yrs 3. Patients who receive FOLFOX chemotherapy including Oxaliplatin 4 less than Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 2 5. patient who is possible to follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. current metastatic colorectal cancer 2. patients who had the experience of being treated due to peripheral neuropathy previously 3. previously being treated with neurotoxic chemotherapeutic agents 4. patients who need operation due to neurologic symptoms 5. prenant, breastfeeding woman 6. patients who have psychological diseases or problems 7. patients who do not agree with the trial 8. Diabetes, chronic renal failure, alcoholics and other addictive patients 9. patients who have anticonvulsants, antidepressant and major painkiller periodically 10. moderate to severe hepatotoxicity or renal toxicity 11. allergic or hyper-reactive response to acupunture
