Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patients who need tracheal intubation for general anesthesia Age at least 20years of age, less than 75years of age American Society of Anesthesiologists’ classification from 1 to 2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients whe do not agree with the experiment. patients with pre-existing dental pathology patients with risk factor of dental trauma patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease patients with a history of previous difficult intubation patients with cervical spine instability obese patients defined as body mass index = 30 patients with Mallampati classification III, or IV patients with thyromental distance less than 7cm patients with cervical movement less than 45° patients with mouth opening less than 3cm
