Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Production network based on Osteoprosis 1. Adult men and women diagnosed with either osteoporosis or osteopenia B. Production network based on Osteoporotic fractures 1. Adult men and women(age over 60 years old) who has hip and thigh sites fractures with osteoporosis * include : 1) femur neck fracture 2) intertrochanteric, subtrochanteric, femoral shaft Fracture of the Femur 3) femoral fracture surrounding metal fixation of intra femur 4) atypical femur fractures 5) willing and able to provide written informed consent prior to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Production network based on Osteoprosis 1. Alanine aminotarnsferase(ALT) or Aspartate aminotransferase(AST) greater than three times the upper limit of normal 2. Estimated GFR(Glomerular Filtration Rate) is under 30 ml/min/1.73m2 3. Subjects who are confined to an institution by the investigator B. Production network based on Osteoporotic fractures 1. Pathological fractures caused by cancer 2. Hip and femur fractures by high energy trauma(TA, industrial accident, etc.) 3. Subjects who do not give consent to the study
